The staff from Flying Start @ Cornwall College have recently joined together with colleagues from our other nurseries to participate in some Circle time training.

Circle time is an activity provided throughout our nurseries where the key workers join with their key children to have fun, work together and provide some focused learning opportunities.

The staff from Flying Start @ Cornwall College have taken the skills that they learnt from the training session and applied them in practice.

In this photograph Emma is playing the Pet Shop game, where her key children have the opportunity to learn early numeracy skills, social and negotiating skills by working with their friends, and they can also practise and develop their language and communication skills too.

They must all really like this game as they are concentrating so well...good job!
