The children from Flying Start @ Saltash recently experienced a taste of Malaysia!

The children were taken to Marjon University where they were able to join in the celebrations for Malaysian Day!

The lovely day out included experiences such as listening to Malaysian stories and exploring traditional Malaysian instruments  and cuisine.

The children then watched as performers put on a display of Malaysian dancing in traditional dress. They had a wonderful time and the staff took full advantage of the valuable learning opportunities the day provided in giving the children real life experiences about the Maylasian culture.
