The children from Flying Start @ Duchy have planted their seeds for the Sunflower Competition!

They enjoyed learning about the seeds, how to look after them and how they will grow into beautiful flowers. The children then planted the seeds in their garden.

Each Flying Start nursery has joined in the competition to grow the tallest sunflower and the children are busy getting sponsors for every cm's their sunflowers grow!

The competition is just one of the events that Flying Start is hosting to raise money for their annual fundraising charity, which is 'Air Ambulance' this year.
