The children from Flying Start @ Saltash have been finding out about 'people who help us' in their local community, when they had a visit from their local Fire Station.

They were able to experience all aspects of the Fire fighters role. They each used the hoses, dressed up in the fire fighting uniform, looked at all the equipment and even explored the Fire Engine!

The children loved it when the sirens and lights were turned on, it was very noisy but great fun!

This little boy looks fantastic as a Fireman, maybe that will be his job when he grows up!!!
